For sure, SPML could use a shot in the arm. But there's a good reason it keeps popping up in all the RFPs. People want their systems to interoperate. At best, they want them to interoperate based on standards so all their components will be plug and play. For provisioning connection points, SPML is the only game in town. So people are asking for SPML with the intention of getting the thing everyone wants SPML to be. So the question is: will SPML be what everyone wants, or will something else pop up to assume that role?

People that want get high grades look for a reliable classification essay service to buy their critical essay at. That things we do also.

Mark, so after considering the patient would you recommend pulling the plug or performing surgery? Standards have been slow in coming in the area of identity management, however the need remains an with every iteration we learn, standards improve and converge, and we go to the next plateau. I am hesitent to recommend killing the patient just because Google or Salesforce don't make the medicine to heal these ills.

Hi Johnathan,
Great insight as always. I agree that customers are looking for interoperability, and this is a (maybe the) reason for its appearance on RFPs. The question you ask at the end of your comment is a particularly important one.
